We take training and development very seriously at Sure Care Bristol. We believe in training our staff to enhance quality care services. This is why we invest so much time and energy into the training and on-going development of all of our care staff.

High quality care training

We recognise that what we have at Sure Care Bristol is unique and market leading within the area. We have developed our own training programme and our facilities ensure that we continue to build upon the outstanding success that we have demonstrated to our clients over the many years that we have been in business. We are committed to delivering a high quality service every time.

On-going training

Many of our existing carers are degree level educated and have vast experience of working in care. Their on-going training and career development is paramount to what we do. All of our carers are placed on an on-going training plan; constantly developing their skills to continually improve our service. Training in specialist conditions such as Dementia, Stroke, MS, Parkinson's these are just a few examples.

Our management and training team will support your carer through their learning, including the completion of the QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social care. Each member of Sure Care Bristol staff receives an annual performance review and supervisions every two months. Should your care needs change over time, your carer will be fully trained and totally confident in meeting all of your needs.
