There is nothing like home for your loved ones whether they are elderly, or those with disabilities. We all share similar concerns about their care and support and naturally want to enable them to remain in and enjoy their own home whenever possible and for as long as possible. That's where Sure Care Bristol can really make a difference to the quality of life of those whom we serve.

Our services are tailored to individual needs and involve your loved one and where appropriate, the family and other health care professionals when they too are involved. Care can be provided from hourly to around the clock supporting your loved one; providing a service that will cover support with medication, housekeeping, meal preparations, sociable activities and personal care as well as loyal companionship.

All this is provided in the comfort and privacy of one's own home with familiar friends, family and possessions. For many of our clients, having someone to help them in their own home is their number one lifeline and can easily be the difference between them staying in their home or having to move into full time residential care. At Sure Care Bristol we realise that no adequate value can be placed on independence and the feeling that a person is still in control of their life.
